monster trucks and fake eyelashes

so MONSTER JAM was a success. i got to spend time with my dad and he seemed really happy so it was fun. it was also a victory because i sat next to a group of highly intoxicated young fellows that were very loud and obnoxious and were sure to keep you on your toes. every time a bon jovi song came on over the loud speakers (the people in the sound booth really liked bon jovi cuz they played like 12 of their songs) the chaps would start yelling and expressing their undying love for the band. it was an experience. my sister and i also kept track of how many times we got kicked in the butt/back by 3 little kids who were sitting behind us. i won with 8 but she trailed closely with 7. the father of the children called them retard triplets and every time the guy who sells beer walked by the little kids would tell the guy that they should be allowed to have a beer cuz they always take secret sips of their dad's anyways...not so secret anymore eh? haha. so all in all MONSTER JAM was a good time with many memories!

another story for your reading enjoyment...i bought some fake eyelashes today so i could start practicing for the pageants. well...either i'm totally dense or it's way harder than it looks. i got the glue stuff on my finger and ended up poking myself in the eye accidentally and getting eyelash glue in my eye...don't try that at home kids! so after i doused my eye with water i tried again and got the glue on the eyelash but kinda missed my eye and got in stuck next to my eye. (i can't make this stuff up!) i'm gonna go for a third try once i finish writing this and we'll see how it goes! 3 times a charm right??

so off to work i go!
